These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and g999 ("g999," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing all aspects of your interaction with the g999 website, mobile platform, game library, sportsbook, cashier, and any related services accessible through g999.lol.

Your continued use of the g999 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. g999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, though material changes will be communicated to registered account holders where reasonably practicable.

By registering an account with g999, you represent and warrant that:

g999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) g999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani identity document (CNIC or passport), a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile telephone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details change.

KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, g999 requires successful completion of KYC verification. This involves submission of a clear, legible copy of a valid Pakistani identity document (CNIC or passport) together with any additional documentation g999 may request in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held pending until verification is satisfied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g999 account credentials, including your registered email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• g999 will never contact you by any channel requesting your password. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to g999 support immediately.
• You must notify g999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• g999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• g999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account through the security settings menu.
• You must not log in to your g999 account from shared or public devices without ensuring you log out and clear session data after each use.

g999 reserves the right to lock an account as a security precaution if unusual access patterns are detected, pending identity verification by the account holder.

Deposits

g999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Deposits made via supported mobile wallets are credited to your g999 balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment gateway, typically within seconds of a successful transaction.

g999 does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate reversal of funds and may trigger an account security review.

Withdrawals

Currency

All balances, transactions, bonus credits, and displayed amounts on the g999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). g999 does not apply currency conversion fees. All transactions are settled in PKR at the amount displayed at the time of transaction confirmation.

General provisions applicable to all g999 bonus offers unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds to a separate bonus wallet within your account and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to Real Money Funds.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise stated and must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion.

• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled on the basis of the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the ICC for international fixtures). g999 will use all reasonable efforts to settle bets promptly following official result confirmation. Bets placed on events that are suspended, abandoned, or voided by the governing body will be refunded at the original stake unless the applicable sportsbook rules specify otherwise.

Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the g999 system. Odds for in-play markets update continuously based on match progression. g999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event, including during periods of high scoring, unusual match events, or connectivity issues affecting the data feed.

Ante-Post and Outright Bets

Ante-post and outright bets settled in the player's favour are paid at the odds accepted at the time of bet placement. Where a selection becomes a non-runner or is otherwise removed from a competition, the relevant stake will be refunded unless specific outright market rules state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g999 platform:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account individually or in coordination with others.
• Money laundering: Using the g999 platform to process or disguise the proceeds of any illegal activity.

• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after using those funds for gambling activity on the Platform.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion in live games: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer or multiplayer games.

• Any interruption or degradation in service quality arising from events outside g999's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or regulatory action.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit g999's liability for death or personal injury arising from proven negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

g999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time during the player relationship.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity listed in Section 10.
• Chargeback of a deposit or initiation of an unjustified payment dispute.
• g999's reasonable determination that the player's account activity presents a risk of money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, g999 will use reasonable endeavours to complete its review promptly. Where termination is due to player breach, g999 reserves the right to retain the account balance in whole or in part as damages to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is initiated by g999 without player fault, any verified Real Money Fund balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following KYC clearance.

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round being completed, together with the relevant game round reference number obtainable from your transaction history. g999 will investigate the technical logs for the relevant round and provide a binding determination.

g999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — g999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which g999 is incorporated and licenced to operate. Nothing in this clause shall restrict g999's ability to seek interim relief in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
